    I had owned my first home for about four years, when we decided to downsize in a sellers' market.     My realtor Faruk Sisic is the best... He sold my flip house at 603 Hill st in Mount Joy in a weekend... We are purchasing our first rental through him later this month... He doesn't sit still for a minute... He was very patient with us trying to find a rental and very through in helping us sell our flip! Thanks for everything... Now on the the second rental...
